False Ceiling & Lightings

False Ceiling is mostly gypsum board material. Its ceiling to floor height is average 2.6m. Some premises has high ceiling dimension of about 4 to 5m. Energy-saving glare controlled light fittings, less wiring is usually provided in all office area of the building.

Nonetheless, some buildings do not come with the above and so tenants have to install their own false ceiling and lightings.
